Shipping policy

We ship using USPS ground advantage for packages under $100. USPS Priority mail for packages over $100 with signature requirement. We will use the service of your choice and quote the extra fees. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays. Liong Mah Design and Eutektik is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once the tracking number shows it has been delivered. We will work with the Postal service to retrive all information possible to help a customer retrive their package. We will help Law Enforcement Prosecute scammers and thieves.
