Warranty & Repair

Our promise

Every Liong Mah Design and Eutektik EDC knife is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. If your knife has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will make it right. This warranty applies to the original owner with proof of purchase.

What's covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship. If your knife fails because of how it was made, we will repair it or replace it with the same model or one of equal value. Repair or replacement is our decision.

What's not covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Damage from misuse or abuse, such as prying, throwing, or using the knife as a tool it isn't.
  • Loss or theft.
  • Any modification, disassembly, or repair done by anyone other than us.
  • Rust or corrosion from lack of basic care. Keep your blade clean, dry, and lightly oiled.

Arrived damaged

If your knife arrives damaged, message us within 2 days of delivery at support@liongmah.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Once we confirm it, we will automatically email you a prepaid return label. Send the damaged knife back to us, and we will repair or replace it at our expense. If a replacement is in stock, we will send your replacement out as soon as we receive the damaged knife.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email us first at support@liongmah.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and a couple of clear photos.
  2. We will review it and confirm whether it looks like a warranty issue, then give you instructions for sending the knife in.
  3. Pack the knife securely and ship it to us. You pay the shipping to us.
  4. We inspect the knife. If we confirm a defect in materials or workmanship, we repair or replace it at no charge for the work.
  5. We ship it back to you. Return shipping is also paid by you.

Repair and refurbish service

Knives are meant to be used, and use leaves marks. If you chip a blade, wear out a part, or just want your knife refinished and tuned up, our shop can refurbish it.

  1. Email us at support@liongmah.com with photos of the knife.
  2. We will quote you the cost of the refurbish before any work begins. No surprises.
  3. You ship the knife to us (you pay shipping). We refurbish and refinish it, then ship it back (you pay return shipping).

A note on sharpening

Sharpening is normal maintenance, not a warranty issue. We are happy to sharpen your knife when it comes in for warranty or refurbish service.
